I'd give Bill a shot. He seems like a very fair and professional person. Have you checked Landstar? I don't know how far back their felony record is. If you don't mind disclosing, what was it for?

check with mason dixon there pretty good and will hire with a felony as long as its atleast 5 years old...

Might be worth a try. Have talked to a few drivers, pay rate seems good. -
Buy a flatbed yourself and get your own authority and get your own loads and just forget the leasing with anyone.

Seriously, we are not that stupid. We are leased on to a company the pay is just not what they told us. He has been driving for over twenty years this ain't his first rodeo.
