    I did as suggested without success. Still won't hold a charge. Been back on the road since Monday without the screen issue until today. All day the screen has been faint. Will need to send it to Rand...####.

    Traded up for the 710 today. Forgot to send you the serial number off the 510, sorry about that. So far I must say I'm impressed with the 710. More clarity on the screen plus the rush hour feature is nifty. I'll let you know if it gives me any issues. Thanks for helping us out mark.

    I am having trouble with my new GPS. I am a truck driver and I have not been able to get my truck route mode to work. When I set it for truck route from my trucking company the GPS screen says that there is no truck or car-specific route… When I close this screen I can not start a route again unless I’m on the car route screen. Help me I feel like I’ve made a mistake purchasing this product. Please answer me as soon as you can.

    Replied to your E-Mail. I am back and forth to the Hospital. She is 53 miles away so limited time at home right now. Send me the information requested in the E-Mail and I can look at shortly.

    Try also setting a different location by Origin and then routing, their may be a truck restriction in place at the starting point on your route.

    On the map screen, go to the bottom left -COG and see if you can cancel any route.

    Hi Mark, just wanted to say thank you.... Just bought the 710 on Wednesday.....LOVE IT!!.......bought it in Toronto, at a large GPS retailer, and I'm hoping I qualify for the lifetime map updates.....*fingers crossed*

    OK so i bought my first RMc 510 GPS a month ago.Worked great loved it,a week ago the speaker went, I cant use volume past level 3 sounds like crap.The other day the screen went blk and the unit wont work.Can i get my money back for this unit?Its not reg and i dint have the receipt.So i buy a second,warned to save the recpt because ill be needing it.5 days later it goes black and wont start,im unsure if i should give RMc another shot(1 more) or go with the Garmin.Ill think about it.All i want for now is the money refinded for the first one,is this possible.Plz email me directly being that im not home everyday(RMc support person) at mpow66m@yahoo.com Great product when it works,but just to unreliable.:biggrin_25513:How about makin em in the USA not China.
