ISX coolant in oil

    03 ISX EGR engine 350,000 miles. My first oil change showed Na 141, K 74 and coolant present. I sampled before I bought the truck and it showed Na 190, K 43 and no coolant, from a different lab. Pre-purchase sample was at an estimated 7000 miles and the second after an additional 4000 miles. Where are the most likely sources of the leak on these engines?

    A leaking egr cooler will put coolant in the oil. Likely the cause if the cooler is original

    The cooler has been redesigned for improved coolant flow. Also the truck should have a 15psi radiator cap.
