Well i guess i found the place to post this!
Been here at Gordon for over 15 years plus been trying to hold out till retirement but i think i will not make it here not with that blowheart lib steve gordon at the wheel here! and that is just what he is his schooling or collage as it is is a lawyer. But in truth he does not like his job! him and his croooony heads thing all truck drivers are dumb #####!! if the people in the offices did not tell us all were to go and what time and how to get there and what we are picking up and were it needs to go we all would still be in there terminals scratching are heads!

been here longer then that kid has aand what he has done is the same as what the libs are trying to do with the HOS change if you think you are going to make a good living here you best be looking else were
first off they have gone to the 8th day drop off plan for most all drivers at 400 to 450 average per day do you like to sit and weave baskets??? thats what most drivers are doing right now! they have a big trailer shortage and there customer are getting mad about this!
try to get something fixed in there terminals figure on doing a reset before they get er done of you like mold in the shower pick a terminal and look at there shower you will find all you want!

most of my friends that have been put in the new trucks gti has been getting dont like em!! i think you would not beleave me in what they are saying about thes trucks.
is there any good here at gti yes and that is for show. As a new driver here? most last 6 months before they tell someone what to do with themselfs
what got me going?? a good friend showed me a profit report a detailed one oh all the years i beleaved no one could be this dirty thill i seen that company report you know they figure in the profit they make off line 4 that they do not pay use for but charge the customers and the money they save from pre and post trips dam its in the millions of dollars
now i see why most drivers dont last long here and i just thought it was me. it is me because i did not think a compay could be this low

Gordon Trucking I agree has gotten way to Big for their britches. They Treat their Drivers like a bunch of Dumb a___s'ss. All the new trucks are just for looks and you spend hours looking for mt's. Driver's aren't getting any miles and of course newbeeies are making more because they are paid less.Owner -operators are fed up. You just won't find any happy Drivers here.Good Dispatchers are not staying either becuase of the treatment their getting.So the dipatcher's that are there don't know a dam thing about Trucking. When is this company going to get a clue. Their Turn-over rate is soaring and they can't keep driver's. I hear there losing account's. Truck's take 3-4 for days to get fixed any where and then they aren't fixed right. WA. labor board need's to be called on this company;they are'nt treating their Driver's right. Indentured slaves work here and they do LIE through their teeth.
