This is already my 2nd truck working for this company. It killed me to give the old one back. I even thought about buying it. But what the hell would I do with a 2005 International 8600 daycab with a 425hp ISM Cummins (garbage) 10 speed trans, with NO JAKE BRAKE???!!!!!!

My truck makes me money, so for that, I love it. I add $10 stainless rings around taillights and stuff, but I don't love it to the extent of spending thousand of dollars on accessories unless I can realize some return on investment. Doesn't necessarily have to be monetary return. I'm considering buying a nice seat so my back won't hurt as much, for example.

I work on it myself and it's almost paid for so I have developed some sense of bonding. It's a business tool, but on the other hand, I don't want it get dented, scratched, or damaged.

Did they make any difference in mileage? Now I realized your avatar pic is the same pic Real Wheels have up on their website.

A good seat will give you a monetary return on your investment, it's just difficult to quantify the savings. Less fatigued will allow you to work longer, possibly staying out longer making more money. At the same time, you'll need less rest when you get home allowing you to enjoy your downtime more. Time is money.

True that. I'll probably have smaller bills from my chiropractor as well.

I loved Recaro seats I had in my hotrod. Recaro truck seats are spendy, but I'm considering one of those. Or get one of their car seats with optional arm rests for $900, and mount it on the existing seat mount.
