I am in Nashville. Eagle has been good to me. We have had rate increases since I started 7 months ago.
We are getting new Cascadias, and T660's. They are going to bring in a safety bonus based on your 1.5% of your pay per quarter. And an annual safety bonus.
My terminal has the highest turn over rate. Most leave for other fields. Some get fired for being stupid.
I am happy here. I did take a big cut in pay by going on days. If I didn't have a sweetie I would have stayed on nights. Many guys won't consider days because the money is too good at night!
eagle transport(tanker)? any info?

@Rug Trucker How do they pay you; by percentage or by the hour? I have been thinking of moving down south to North Carolina and been thinking about them out of their Wilmington terminal. I have been pulling tanker here in the Pittsburgh area so I got the experience.

Eagle pays percentage. Some loads pay better than others. Some are around $20 an hour others are less. If you kiss your tm, and dispatchers ### you will do really well. The equipment is not perfect but when most of the trucks run 24 hours a day things are going to break. Just hope that you share a truck with someone that cares about the equipment. Otherwise you will be the one who is making $10 an hour getting the equipment fixed. Somethings just never get fixed 2336
I am glad that I moved on to bigger and better things. -

2336 got fixed. They took it to Chatttanooooogee. -
I understand that drivers is "now available to the industry."
Wish I could get access to that video. We have our December safety meeting today. Taking us to Shoney's. -
