That was uncalled for. Just because he is'nt there anymore does'nt mean he was was'nt telling the truth in his posts at the time. As we all know things change.

Alright BigKid2 I go for orientation on the 19th and decided on ACT based on your post and research I have done on them. I hope this works for me as well as it has for you. I live in Dexter MO so home time shouldn't be a problem. Just so the miles and pay are there.

    BigKid2 and grannylane Thank this.

ACT sounds great, but they won't hire new drivers.

I have an approval for hire from

    JBS
    Roehl

    and am interested in

    Keller
    Schneider
    Central Refrigerated

    Any thoughts on those companies?

My situation is that I'm single, no family. I don't ever need to go home, I just want miles, and am willing to reset on the road. I just want good equipment, and a good trainer. Am I asking for too much?

Never called him a liar, a while back I asked a simple question to him and him an all the jct guys ganged up on me. Just saying the welcome mat wore out at jct and in a few months it willl wear out at act then grannylane can tell us about his new adventures.

well going off his numbers from post #390 looks like bring home would be average of $1090. i always just times .20 by my check and that is real close to what the taxes would be. but thats "just me when i was O/O"
