Not Gordon , but per diem is optional , .13 if you elect to take it .
Daily or weekly pay option too.

The whole per diem thing is a double edged sword , depending on your age and if you want to qualify for a home loan at some point, since its not qualifying income .
Gryphon is correct on his statements.

In The Trucker rag I picked up at TA has Jbs offering the 3k signon plus Western Regional (which has no openings per Janis last week). Midwest Regional which probably has lots of openings due to short hauls with lots of practice waiting . Otr and teams .

I would be curious what percentage of Jbs drivers ' qualify' for the Quarterly Safety Bonus?

 

well yeah its tax free its your money, your just gettn it sooner than your tax return,,,kind of hard to tax a tax write off !

 

according to some web sites, it says 3k to all new drivers. it says it pays $500 in 30 days, $1,000 in 6 months and $1,500 in 12months. as to the wonderful "safety bonus" i have been here for 6 months and it seems like everytime they post a class im never near a terminal in order to take the safety course

 

this is what it said on jiggy jobs:

Millis looks good, but they don't hire out of my state for some reason.
