try replacing the switches if not....maybe itll be the wiper motor

if the switch is mounted down by the ignition switch use a 75600-02, its the same as the OE switch but about 1/3 the price, if it is column mounted it will likely be a p27-1067.

found the problem the plug for the intermiten timer switch came unpluged. it wasn't pluged all the way in and had vibrated loose.
