Best Bars For Truckers

I only know this because a "friend" told me !

Next door to the T/A in Sparks Western Villege Hotel and Casino,,,,

 

Don't forget the Bar at Little America,Wy. Granted its small,but when WY shuts down I-80 for three days what else ya gonna do. Do laps in the parking lot. Oh wait I saw a CMT driver do that for the three days.

 

Donna's Ranch? Great little spot. No wait thats in Wells, NV.

Anyway another bar I thought of was the Southern Comfort Lounge in Atlanta across from the old T/A that is now gone. Dont know if the bar is still there or not but I'll had some really great times there.

 

No longer exists...there's a strip mall there now.

 

Theres a good one with good burgers on the Jackson Georgia exit, I think its 201 on 75. Across the street from the TA and next door to the Loves and diagonal from the wilco. About a 1 minute walk from any of the three. To the poster that mentiuoned Buckles in Amarillo, i concur. Had a good time there.The Wheeling TA has a good bar and a pizza joint right across from it.One of my favorites is about a 2 minute walk down from The Bandit in PA. Been a good long while since i was there but if you took a left out of the bandit over the interstate there was a little Itallian/Pizza joint with a bar in it next to the hotel that had great food and great prices on beer. I watched the superbowl there a few years back and had a great time.

 

LOVE that place!

 

Las Vegas....you can park in the guarded open lot behind the Rio and do the Strip...other Strip casinos have areas that they will let the big rigs park to enjoy the evening.
