problem with headlights on 04 vnl670

I have issue for a while, lights and four way start when the truck is shut off,not right away sometimes even hours later.i replaced lcm 10 months ago when i had same problem and also lcm harness and headlight harness.now guys at volvo think it is wire rubbing and they don't know where so they wanna replace everything in dashboard for about $4000.also they said 6v is coming all the time to ignition with key out. Please help if you know anything,thx a lot!!

Also i wanted to ask if anybody knows if i can swap lcm from other truck same year and model would that work?

 

I replaced switch month ago,fault code i have is controller 1 bad,component failure,power supply ignition key in driving position,electrical fault

 

Also i tried unplugging switch by switch,like light switch,turn signal,ignition and the lights did not turn off

 

Yes,i think 4 ports from harness come in lcm but they replaced lcm harness

 

I have friend who had same issue but he pulled out fuse from qulcomm witch is to get msgs from dispatch but i couldn't find that fuse
