Maverick: Want to hear why people are quiting

I prefer to avoid stuff like that too. Probably why it's on a boyd truck.

By the way, just heard tonight that Maverick is getting rid of the rest of its flatbeds by the end of next year.

 

Where did you hear that? Not so sure I would trust the source unless it was directly from Maverick.

 

Boss said he heard it from sources at Maverick.

 

So does that mean they're sticking reefer & dry bulk pneumatic tankers?

 

I didn't notice they had tankers and didn't know they had reefers till he mentioned they'd bought some. But, that'd be my guess.

 

Maverick just bought a bunch of new flatbed trailers, so they're working on selling their old ones.

 

That'd be strange for a company that's mostly flats...

 

Maybe what you heard is that maverick is getting rid of the rest of its old flatbeds by the end of the year.
