    Hey, guys
I asked for feedback on USXpress a couple weeks ago and the response was FANTASTIC! Thanks to everyone that put in their two cents. Now I am asking for feedback on Knight. It appears that, as a student driver, these are the companies that are willing to hire me. Any feedback on Knight/Squire would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

I have to ask...why can't you first do a search about Knight, Swift< Bottom Feeder Incorpated then if your question isn't answered then open a new thread?

How to do a search in TTR.com:
Just below the banner you will or can see a darker menu bar that runs across the screen. The first box has the word USER CP then look further to the right and you'll see the word SEARCH!
Click that downwards pointing arrow and a box appears!
Move your cursor to the first open box under the title :Search Forums" and type in a name such as "Knight" and then click the GO button!
Take you pick out of the list that opens up OR just go to the Bad Companies listing and scroll through the titles or the good company thread and do the same!
But to give you a hand I'll do a little work for you. Try this link: http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr.../120345-knight-transportation-9-2-2010-a.html

or this one might interest you! http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...41-do-not-work-for-knight-transportation.html
A tip! Look at the upper left corner of the post and you will see a date like in this post. See the date? if it's an 2007 date it's a tad bit old but always read the first post then either read the whole thread or move towards the higher numbered pages and get a little bit closer to this year.

Now remember that we DO have what we call cheerleaders in here! These are company in office personnel who pose a sa driver or are a company driver with their nose so far up some office persons arse their neck is brown! You have to read tween the lines on all posts. Knighton is Knights biggest cheerleader, Cornelius is CRE's and Ironpony is a prime singer just so you understand what I'm saying! You can also tell by the number of posts they have also!

But please search a little before starting another MEGA FLEECE FLEET thread!

There is almost nothing good being said about Knight in the Knight forum. That is one company that I have completely crossed off my list of possibles if I get into trucking.

DO NOT-DO NOT work for Knight. I am not going to sit here and type away, but read all the post you can find here, Knight is a joke and at this point probably worst than SWIFT. I am a current driver here, but not for long. DM'S SUCK, SHOPs SUCK, Miles Suck!!!

The only thing you should really be concerned with your first year is experience. IMO, the biggest difference in type of companies that hire new drivers is the color of truck. Each is going to suck in their own way. Each are going to have their benefits.

The only thing I personally wanted to avoid is, is going with a company that stuck me with a trainer for months on end, while in reality they are teaming us. Get your experience, and the rest will come.
