the dang gone parts to build the turbos is scarce again, hopefully some one gets some parts in inventory in soon. PDI scoured the BW distributor network not long ago and cleaned out most of the inventory in the country. My BW distributor claims he'll have all the parts shortly...........I'm hoping so, as I sold the last one I had Saturday

Well im 4 hours from home. They picked my truck up last nigt.its all done. Thy switched from the mbn to a totally rebuilt 6nz for me with new ported and polished manifold, radiator and air to air. Today they said there is a fuel leak under it in the shop. Coming from arou.d.the fuel pump. Not sure of they clpsed the line by the fuel filter. If.they didnt would that cause a leak there?

No that valve reroutes the hot fuel directly back into the fuel pump instead of back to the tank.

More than likely it a lose fitting. Check to make sure they tightened them all correctly. It should be on the output side of the pump, if it was on the suction side you would suck air into the system and lose the fuel system prime and the truck wouldn't start

Thanks fellas. It was the fuel cooler line. Do you have a picture of this valve that returns hot.fuek to the pump instead of the tank? Well so far with the new motor and manifold after 2 weeks my average is5.92 mpg im gonna give it a couple more weeks then talk to haney about an ecm upgrade for better fuel mileage
