    It seems like all new drivers want us drivers to say 'which company' is best. I'll say this. The company you choose isn't as important AS what you learn from the trainer! ALL companies have good trainers. ALL companies have psycho trainers. IF you get a bad trainer, you report them. Not because 'I didn't get to shower, I didn't get to go home for my birthday'. Even psycho trainers drive a truck well enough to be a trainer.
    Don't give up on your goal students! Get through the training in the truck, and pay your dues! We all did the same

    There is no "perfect company". Every one of us is different. Some like long haul, some like regional or local. Some drivers need insurance and benefits while others do not. What is perfect for one driver may be horrible for another. Sit down and figure out what's important to you then search companies that offer what you need.
