OUR drivers just got a pay raise...when was the last time YOU did?
OUR drivers start out at 43 cents/loaded mile and 34 cents/unloaded mile...Did YOU?
OUR drivers get paid for 34 hour DOT restarts on the road...Do YOU?
OUR drivers get paid a minimum of $20 for every live load and unload...Do YOU?

Paid Practical Miles - 43 cents/mile loaded and 34 cents/mile unloaded
Load/Unload Pay $20 for first 2 hours then $15.00 per hour after 2 hours
Paid $15 per hour for 8 hours of mandatory 34 hour HOS reset
Paid Training and Orientation at $12
Canadian Border Crossing Pay $50 for round trip
Meal Per Diem for OTR DOT Breaks
Blue Cross/Blue Shield Benefits - $16 - $65 /week

See that's the problem with these WORK FOR THE SHPPR TRUCKING COMPANIES....They never have enough pre-loaded trlrs to just drop and hook....you always have to wait for the product...then it's bust your ### time to get to the delivery.The BI-WEEKLY pay checks is so the company can make more interest on their money and it cuts down on office man power hours...I can't tell ya the number of times working for CARGILL specifically that I sat for 1.5 to 2.0 days sometimes longer at Plainview,TX... Friona,TX....Beardstown,IL or Ottumwa,IA waiting on loads...Then you get to these refrigerated warehouses and the lumpers usually get it off pretty quick, but then the receiver takes his time receiving it...I don't know if i wanna put up with all that BS again...I currently work for a pretty good Big Carrier,dry box, the medical benefits are a little more costly, but i'm on a dedicated from Laredo up to BC and Alberta...it's good miles and goes thru states I like(have a nice mtn. bike in my truck and get to run and bike a lot!!!)...and they have a lot of drop/hook....
