I will share it with. But not in open forum. After all there's a bunch of nay sayers in here and tell me I'm outta my mind. They require if I'm not mistaken 1 year experience pulling tanker. And you need hazmat and tanker on your license.

First I don't even know you, or what your dam issue is. I agree with you about I got my health, and for right now I have A job. If your 10 year driving history fits on one page, good for you. But I do call B/S on that. There's has been a lot of new people coming on here asking questions about jbs. I will always try to answer questions that is asked. I don't lie or paint a rosie picture about jbs. It is what it is here. When I posted about another kind of job. Its amazing when other drivers see things in print. They still think its ok. And not to fight. But that's ok. If your happy making a whopping .40/ mile with no pay increases more power to you. You like getting to a shipper or receiver and give 4 hrs free more power to you. I really doubt that your even a truck driver. So really what do you know? Not much. And that's a fact jack.

Yes its one of the many places I sent my resume to. Had 20+ hrs of sitting for free. So I'm starting to use that time to my advantage. These companies keep complaining about driver turn over. Its not a problem with driver turn over. Its a lack of driver pay. As you can see from that ad I would make more per mile, more per hour. None of this bull crap 1st 4 hrs for free. If more of these dry van and reefer companies would follow how tanker companies pay. They would lower there driver turn over rate. But in reality these companies don't care. I find it odd that here at jbs they are offering a 3k sign on bonus and advertising what the health insurance cost to the driver. To me that just shows desperation. For the tank guys out there like myself. Look in any big city in texas on craigslist and you will see tanker jobs paying 60-90k a year, most are offering $1500 a WEEK gross. But that job posting is from a company called Schwerman Trucking Company, there web site is www.tankstar.com as you can see when you have to live load or unload. Your not giving anytime for free.

Thank you for saying what I was thinking. But god forbid I voice my thoughts on that. But yea your right. If I had less then the 14 years I have. I guess my history would fit on one page too.

Go ahead and speak your mind. More people need to hear the truth about JBS. I would have went else where if I knew the truth instead of not. I for one tell others the good and bad of JBS. They like the good but after hearing the bad they change there mind about coming to JBS. So no I am not a JBS cheerleader like some on here thinking JBS is the goose that laid the golden egg.
