Hi TruckinTrucker,

I believe the deadline for the apprenticeship is 10yrs. In your case I do not think you would qualify, sorry. However, Schneider is still a great company and I think you would appreciate the regimented way they operate. Everything must be done the "schneider way". It is arguable whether the schneider way is better, worse or indifferent than any other way. But, everything is based on the safest possible way to do even the simplest task and I respect that.


I would be glad to try to answer any questions you may have regarding orientation and training.

My husband and I are a team here at Schneider. We have been with them for 2 years now. Started out as company drivers but since this Sept we became IC's. We are out of the Indy OC.

 

Company driver outta the Green Bay OC (or what is partly an OC).
