She just wants to be near daddy. I wish my little girl was with me...but NOOOO...her mom wanted to keep her after the divorce.

Any lease ops here? How good are the loads for you guys running around the mid-west?
I'd be out of Green Bay if I decided to make the move. Also are there comfort zones you can choose from, or is it just wherever they send you wherever in the U.S.? Any NYC? (hope not, but thanks to JB, I know Chicago like the back of my hand, now)
I'm just hoping the dispatching at Schnieder is like the dispatching at JB. Always a load ready as soon as you say you're ready. -
I believe it depends on the type of lease your doing, Schneider has Legacy which is mileage and Choice which is percentage. On choice you dispatch yourself you just need to have a minimum of 1 year as an O/O if not you go to mileage, and they dispatch you but as IC you can choose not to go somewhere if you don't want to.
