The New FFE Driver Academey

This sucks yall are getting to Texas and I freezing in Nebraska.

 

Just got off the phone with FFE..I've been accepted to attend school..WOW. Can't believe how far back they went on DMV and NCIC checks (way over 10 yrs)... A few questions were raised and answered truthfully with no problem. Its up to me when I want to set a date to attend. Recruiter was honest, truthful and no pie in the sky BS.unlike some other recruiters I've experienced in the past.. which I appreciate.

good to hear that swamprat. and hell you know we aint going to feed ya bs. we will tell ya driving sucks from time to time but it is a great job if you want to see the country.

 

Seen the country 30 yrs ago doing the Roadhouse gig..little different scenery back then..Be nice to see it on top of 18..then 2..got a little time left to make that happen..I hope

 

Great day on the range, parallel was a hoot! Lost some more people today, but the main group is doing good. This is a blast! Hope to see some of you soon. More study tonight, and more backing tomorrow. Swamprat, make it as soon as you can, you will not regret it.

Uggh, freezing cold, blowing snow...watched a over-confident Dodge Ram "Ive got 4x4, no need to slow down", powerslide sideways through the red light atop a freeway bridge and almost get intimate with a Honda Odyssey...oh I cant wait to ship out to TX and the warmth!

well, most of yens are from the south east or Midwest, and in school so this question may not get answered but will try anyway, do to the main location TEXAS, would the planners run you mainly in a (tr-angler pattern) like going east thru Tenn. up RT-81 to pa or jersey then west to the mid-west then back to TEXAS, some company's work like that, others will just run you east to west do to your home location, now i may live here in Pittsburgh,pa. but i don't won't to drive the north east if you now what i mean, no one doe's, thanks

 

Swamprat, did you have any trouble getting in touch with a recruiter at FFE? I sent an email on Tuesday requesting school info, got a response Wednesday morning and told me to call so I called no answer. Called 4 more times over the past 2 days and no answer and no call back. Sent another email yesterday and no response either.
