Great, so instead of a wrinkled shirt I get to walk around in a slightly damp shirt instead.

If you need to do laundry on the road you have been out too long.

LOL, I had a good laugh from all these posts now!

I must say I don't know the "rolling" way of packing your stuff, but I'll give it a try!
I'm not too concerned about the wrinkles on a daily basis, but hey, there are some times that you get to places where you just need to straighten your clothes out there on the road. And the spraying method works here in Africa where slightly damp clothes feels more like a blessing sometimes than a problem! Like right now I'm sitting on a mine next to the Botswana border where I left the tar road 40km back, in the middle of the bush with a temperature of 37 degrees Celsius!

Anyway, have a nice week everyone! I'm off to roll something...... I'm talking about a shirt!

there's wrinkle release products out there. Downey comes to mind. No need to get the garmet damp. Few light sprays and boom, insta iron. My GF HATES to iron her work clothes. This is what she uses and it works.

I was wondering how I was going to keep my clothes fresh looking. I used to lay out my clothes under the matteress and sleep on them to keep them wrinkle free. When I was back packing across Europe. Can you lay anything out flat under the bunk in the truck?

This got me to thinking about what clothes I'm going to wear on the road. I'm going in a month...so I saw this uniform store and they have wringled free shirts, 2 white ones, 2 blue ones and I can just wear them over my t-shirts so I can look neat. What do you all think of that?

From my experience it's cheaper to have the laundry done on the road professionally then investing in one of those "wife" things.

Don't get me wrong, I do have a wife at home and after my first couple trips out she begged me not to do anymore laundry on the road. Now I have to bring it all home and she does it. And this has now been going on for 30 years.

OK, this is another one of those things that "if you have to ask the price, then you can't afford it! :biggrin_25512: Just like the menu at a fancy/schmancy restaurant.:biggrin_2552:
