Its hard to find iformation on this. As a O/O or L/O running teams what is the CPM? I am thinking about bringing a buddy with me into the industry but need to give him some figures. I'm guessing the average miles would be 5-6500/week depending on all the factors...Any info would be great

Same with O/O but the price is different on every load, we try to keep it $1.60+ but we keep 10% of the gross.

so sorta like the flatbed job im looking at...he takes 15% + 127/week ins + fuel (he supplies gas card to use). then the rest is in the drivers pocket. You are saying your loads are billed at a mim of 1.60/mile.

So team pay would be the same, example; the truck is making 1.60/mile (or whatever you bid) split between the drivers...

In the old days teams that ran for a O/O split 30 cpm and it should be the same cause the trucking industry is garbage. If a team has a rookie the vet got 18 and the rookie got 10 dont know what happened to the other 2 cents but when the rookie got good he or she went to 12 but it depends on the freight
