Map updates come out yearly, but with plans to possibly go quarterly. But, that is not set in stone yet.

2012 maps are in testing right now and I do not have a release date when they will be available for purchase.

How they will be made available has not been determined yet either.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Connect the 510 to the computer, close the TND Dock. Go to your start up menu/computer and look for a external drive with a folder called RM. Double click on that and then double click on Data.

You should see a POI.db and TF.db. Let me know the file size of each.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Did you submit a Tell Rand on this or you can give me the information. Remember databases are not 100% correct, but we can correct them if we know something is not right.

    Thanks,
    Mark

it was the poi for the freightliner dealership in regina,sk. the name and adress was correct on the description but when i tried to to use it it sent me to the boonies. i then punched the address in manually and it worked. i repeated it several times just to check it... sure enough....the coordinates were wrong....

I went to Choose destination/POI/city - Regina, SK/truck dealer - Warner Truck Industries.

The location is the same as if I entered the above address. I also verified on Google Maps and it shows the same location. Close to the intersection of 4th E/Fleury St.

If you do a search on the POI by city and fine this POI. If you are on the "begin new route" screen, at the bottom is "go to Map". What location does it give you?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Richwood, KY does not come up at all in the 710. No POIs or even searching for address. Here are the POIs that should be there from the Trucker Friend Truck Stop guide

Got my 2nd DC charger from Rand and my 710 still has periods of the washed out screen. Don't think it's the charger.

Yea, I found my fuel stop by looking in my Rand Atlas and searching around a close by town. Still should be fixed though ...
