Springmo getting some repairs done on trainers new 2012 cascadia the he got two days ago. Fuel gauge not working, air bag slanted, speed up to 65 mph, auto shut off disabled. Truck is ready going to waffle house for food then its off to southern California. I get to spend xmass with family, because of military commitment and trainer not going home for the holidays. Anyways hope everyone has a merry xmass, and a great new year.

I am the soul of caution! I grew up in Colorado, so this is nothing new. If ya don't drive in this stuff around there, its gonna be a long spell in voluntary home detention until spring arrives!

Well, slight detour from Connecticut to South Dakota with 7 spools of electrical wire. Down to Springmo after that.

Well Road Assists infinate wisdom was to have me pull started and me drive to Cheyenne FL for repair. RA couldnt haggle down the price with Petro on the courrier charge ($250) for the part and the tow into the bay. They quoted $500 to just get me towed or pull started into the bay, where Prime got another company to get me started for $250.
Meanwhile, Prime never informed Petro of what they were doing and I was in Cheyenne when the Petro called me and was wondering what happened to me as the part had arrived in Laramie. (from Cheyenne FL)
Long day of complaining drivers trying to get home for xmas in a VERY nice driver's lounge... Got going mid evening and was too tired from being up all day so I shut it down in Rawlins after midnight.
Dropped my Milk Duds at Hershey in Ogden, and already had a preplan before I arrived.
Got lucky, Hershey assigned me an empty that had been dropped that day with fresh tank and fresh wash out.
Got a load of frozen potatoes going to Virginia for delivery Thursday. Ive only got 13 hours left on my clock till Monday, so depending on when I get loaded, rolling, and parked tommorow, I may get a restart before I even get to the hours on Monday.
With the load overlap I'll just have the 1700 mile load to Ogden on this check, but will start next week's check with 2600 miles by early Thursday morning.
