My solution is to blockcade all roads coming into the u.s so those trucks dont cannot not go further , I HOPE YOU KNOW THAT THEY THE MEXICAN DRIVERS WILL TAKE OUR LOAD A WAY FROM US COST US OUR JOBS. WHY DO YOU THINK FIND FREIGHT NOW NO THAT EASY ANYMORE, THEY ARE SAVING IT FOR THE MEXICANS AND THEIR 11 CENTS PER MILE, WE BETTER WAKE UP OUR OUR JOBS ARE BEING OUT SOURCED.

Why? I am a conservative. I believe we should work hard, raise families, keep our taxes low, and support our country. These politiciaans want to sell us out to the big corporations, so they can make more money, as they contribute the most for campaigns. These mexicans will end up killing people and lowering our standard of living even lower. President Bush will hurt us with this nafta crap. We need to organize and vote for someone who cares about the american worker. We need to be on the same playing field. US first scumbags later.

Caught a part of 'the G-block' where a commentator was asked about Mex trucks coming into and thru out the U.S. He said that (paraphrased): "when 1 Mex truck brings a load up, it is passed off to 1 or 2 U.S. trucks who deliver in the U.S. presently." Asked whether there could be a savings to U.S. consumers with the new policy, and he said "the savings would be that only 1 truck could do the entire route and delivery vs. 2 U.S. trucks!' BS! Why 2 separate trucks at 2 separate times (?) to deliver the ld in the U.S.???? Maybe several trucks, sequentially, but not simultaneously to deliver 'the same' load!! Load still on 1 truck at a time!!!

That wont be were the savings will be---it will be the reduced wages due to Mex drives working at lower pay that will bring the prices down to the U.S. consumer!!! Reduced wages for the U.S drivers too!! :biggrin_2551:

I will go out on a limb here and venture to say that the American consumer WILL NOT see ANY cost savings. The big corps will swallow any and all savings before they get to the end user. Just like freight brokers do.

i don't think we are going to have to worry about the mexican carriers droping our pay rates,we need to beware of our own AMERICAN COMPANYS.:smt065why else would there be american companies wanting to run trucks into mexico.the last number i heard was there are 14 american companies wanting to do this,i would be willing to bet that all 14 are a.t.a members who have been wanting the "guest worker program "expanded so they can bring drivers from other countrys in to run for them since they can't seem to keep people.look how many of the big carriers allready have some sort of opperation in mexico.and i will just bet that these companies are going to be in the group of companies in the pilot program.just think how happy the ceo's of these outfits must feel they can get the cheap labour they have been trying to get and they can still charge the same rates.the end result more money for the share holders of these corperations.:biggrin_25510:.and how is this going to lower the pay for american drivers you ask well you have to run miles to make dollars and when the american companies start replacing the american team drivers with ones from south of the border that they can pay 30 cpm to split between the 2 drivers instead of the 40 to 50 cpm they are paying the americans.now all of you solo drivers dont think your employers have forgot about you.all that nice long weekend runs that you are now picking up in california and texas well that will now be deliverd by someone from south of the border.now the companys are not going to cut your pay they might even give you a coupple of more pennys a mile but if you are used to running 3000 miles a week at 38 cpm and you are now getting 40 cpm but your miles drop to 2500 a week where is your payraise:biggrin_2552:.I would start getting ready to make about 30 to 50%less than what you make right now within the next 3 to 5 years.the trucking industry is going to go the way of the construction industry people willing to work for less.consider your self warned:biggrin_25510:

If you want a better understanding of their agenda visit Google video and watch The Capitalist Conspiracy and The Great Conspiracy before they are removed due to censorship.
NAFTA effectively removed most good paying factory jobs and NASCO will effectively remove the good paying trucking jobs.
Ronno is correct. The war on terror is the Trojan horse by which the global elite will dismantle the U.S. constitution and usher in the New World Order. The North American Union is upon us and One World Government is next. Bush has executive orders allowing him total dictatorship if a disaster of any kind happens be it natural or "man made". He has the power and motive to implement Martial Law and Congress cannot review it for six months. By that time it will be all over with.
