USX drivers...how's your day??

Sorry to hear about your bad luck, even though I don't believe in Luck, you get my meaning. I pray it all works out for you and though they may slap you on the wrist, pray you get to stay. Being let go and having to find another job at your level of experience would suck but, lets be positive. You are showing much integrity by excepting what you feel is your resposiability for the damage. I respect that and keep it up.

 

Thanks sd means a lot and if I got let go I'd be worse off then a new grad less than 3 months exp and a struck low bridge on my dac even though I cleared the bridge the beam that stuck out 6 ft was still part of the bridge

 

Wow! well, glad they didn't let you go. Don't let it get to you, learn from it, and move forward, thats all you can do brother.

They do depends on wether safety considers it preventable or non preventable which a low bridge to me is always preventable just sucks ###

I probably shouldn't reply 'cause I'm still a student but I think they'll put you on probation. No one was hurt and it was an accident. Crap happens, it could've been worse.
