Any good Trucking Companies???

That depends on you as to if a job is half way decent. Most of what you will read here or other forums will be negative. That's because people who are content don't generally yell about it. But get someone who is upset and they will tell you about it.
Go to a truckstop and ask a few drivers that question, but ask people who seem like they might be having an okay day...... Kinda like going to the casino and asking which machines to play, you don't want to ask the angry guy.

 

Truckers take a lot on the road and work very hard every day, so we come to the forums and whine and complain-that's true! I love what I do and couldn't imagine ever doing anything else. Congrats on getting your cdl! The first year of your career you will spend a lot of time wondering if you did the right thing. (I think all newbies do!)
If this is something you want to do, then pursue it! Trucking is an entire different lifestyle all together. It takes time to adjust to it and figure out where you will fit in the industry. Reading everything on these boards has to be overwhelming to someone just starting out!
Let me lend some advice that someone very close to me gave me when I started out. Try going to a smaller company where people can get to know YOU. All big companies (regardless of what industry) treat employees like a number. Look for good benefits and pay that will grow with your experience. Ask drivers from companies your looking at what they think of the company-they will tell you! Every business and company out there has pros and cons. Be aware and be prepared for anything! You'll be fine!
