I hope your right doc this driver is in a bad WAY...to me he could get a dot card break jbs policy take truck back .. would probly get a unauthorized miles on dac.... but thats better than a abandoment....if they choose to do so, but you know jbs better than me.... so i will take your word for it... be safe bro, take care, have good new year

 

Well i delivered a load this morning in south carolina, got a pp around 13:30 goin to colorado. A nice 1650 total miles. I stop at the flying j 6 miles from my pu and truck wont start. Breakdown sends out a mechaanic to tell me i need to go to kenworth. They pull started it and i get to kenworth in charlotte nc. They will start looking at my truck tuesday so happy new year to me lol.

Before my dm knew i was brokedown he called to tell me hes taking me off that load to dh to georgia drop my trailer and bobtail to greenbay :/
At least i know what im doin when the truck gets fixed.

Anyone can tell me how breakdown pay works again? Didnt really grasp everything in orientation.

 

ArmyGuy, how long have you worked at JBS, and how do you like it? I live in Fresno, CA and would be running the west for them. Are your miles consistant and whats your average? Thanks and have a Happy and Safe New Year!

picked up in worthington 26 hours early sure hope our luck continues, and the weather stays nice. Stay safe and HAPPY NEW YEAR hope 2012 is far better than 2011.

 

Please for the love of god stay away from May Trucking,read the finr print they charge you 1.50 per hour to idle your truck after 10% if you do not have an apu,there are various number of pitfalls there trust me run hard and fast

 

Nice to see someone getting the miles. I have about the same miles but starting month is April. Have taken about 20 days off with in the time frame. As you I do what I can to make money but I don't get the miles that you get. So April to December, about 90k miles with about 20 days off. Not exact but very close. Never late on loads always early. Either way it is what it is. Nice that you can get the miles that you do.
