Count on heading to the rail yard to get an mt. That is what usually happens to us in Markham. You would not believe all the mt's in the Kent WA drop yard. Stacked 2 deep

 

I was told that if you update your PTA say every 30 minutes that after the 3rd time, the Planners start to see your PTA that you are sitting and waiting for a load. The First few times you send in the PTA it only goes to your FM.

You can try that.

The other thing you can do is theave the "TO" field blank when asking for a load. Dont do this often but if blank, the message goes to all fm's csr's and load planners.

 

Just curious as to why not to do that often. Unless I am answering a specific question sent to me, I never fill in that field.

 

You are basically spamming a bunch of people.

 

i never fill in the TO______ unless it needs to go to someone other than our fm. if you don't fill it in it auto goes to who ever is covering your truck. never had anyone say anything about to us

 

Picked up a lovely HVP load from Jersey and heading to Ontario. We would love to get a chance to stop by the Colton terminal and do some laundry and get the truck washed b4 heading out again. We are in need of some soco sunshine.
