I was reading about USX on the forum and became interested in the posibility of contacting a recruiter and try for a pre-hire.

I was wondering what the physical consists of // is there a stress test, si ?

I am amaized at the large percentage of new hires that really do their homework and then annnounce to TTR their choice of companies and the reasoning behind it. After a while , some time passes and they re-post the same
culture shock story that they knew was a shortcoming of that company before they hired on with them.

It' almost like....their down time (after the G.O.A.L) is giving them sensory overload and they re-post the obvious about the company and bail.
