Its not bad over here its what u make of it. personally i like it here no one tells u what to do. i don't ever talk to my FM .hell i am my own FM lol. i always call ahead to book my next loads. trks are nice . ppl in the office are cool expect for larry barker.... (safety) but all in all its not as bad here from what ppl on this fourm say...... yes u will sit and wait but i did too when i pulled reefer. honestly its the easiest job i have ever had u don't do anything. lol maybe once in awhile u hook a hose up but that's it. But u will make decent money here. so welcome aboard to IRT and hopefully u like it here
