So I see jbs is still keeping that bull*hit policy going. So one had a brain fart in the office and thought doing this was a great idea. Coming from dennis krug I have been labeled as a dangerous driver thanks to there bull*hit sleep apnea test. Its all crap. I have been home now since dec19 and I just got a whopping $27.55 paycheck. Its just sad on jbs, that they really don't give a rats *ss about no one or anything other then themselves. All I can say is I just hope my interview goes well tomorrow. And jbs can come to my house and pick up there truck and trailer and they can shove it where the sun don't shine. After all they don't care so I don't care. I have emailed darrin, with no reply. Thanks darrin. I have emailed linda and was told basically sorry about your luck there kid, thanks a lot linda. And I have also email dennis, what a great guy to write back and tell me due to some stupid *ss test I'm know labeled in jbs world as a unsafe driver due to falling asleep. And why is that, because some quack doctor told them that people with sleep apnea will fall asleep during the day. So no one really cares about my well being. Can't say I really give a rats *ss about jbs either.

after I deliver tomorrow, I am deadheading to Marshalltown for a SAT NIGHT pick up that delivers SUN MORNING in Elkhart, IN! So I'm sure I will sit there till Monday waiting to get another load..............3 days, less than 600 miles!...........and some ppl wonder why I usually go home every 2 weeks?...........it doesn't pay to stay out longer!

I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't touch it at all. Don't even quit either. Just quietly find another job, send emails and faxes and even a registered letter with return receipt requested to JBS asking them what they want to do with their truck since you are not allowed to drive it based on THEIR decision (important to put that in the letters, emails, and QC).

The ball is in their court and sooner or later the State or local municipality will end up towing their truck away.

Documentation is important. If, after you find another job - and are settled up financially with JBS - send them a registered letter with a return receipt requesting they remove their property by a certain date. Then tell them that after that date you will charge them a daily storage fee until it is removed. Betcha can make some money off of this deal yet!

Give it 60 days after you get a new job. Then put the equipment up for sale. After 30 days of them leavi g it there you can legally claim the equipment as yours. That if the law where you live allows it. Something to look into.
