2 weeks solo now, been going pretty well. Coolant level sensor went haywire on me on new years eve, need to get in and get it fixed but nothing serious. Getting to know my columbia better every day, has its issues climbing hills, but gets good mileage. Get a but stir crazy alone in truck on long shifts, but enjoying the experience none the less.

Enjoy! Helps if you have someone to talk to on the phone.

Great, glad things are going well for you. Schedule your maintence through Pittston or Salt Lake. I would stay away from SpringMo as it takes to long to get out of there with a load.
-
I've never had a problem getting a load out of SPRINGMO. Not solo anyway. Had a load out before I got there.
-
Ever heard of "beginner's luck???"
-
FM had me preplanned back out. He's good at getting me loads.
-
i guess ive got that beginners luck also never had a prob with it lets see if ill still have that luck tomorrow more than likely shingles or that cp load i saw in the yard
-
I vote for the CP load lol your fav
-
You're picking up in times when flatbed has quite a few loads. Restrict that availability and add the multitude of drivers that always is hanging out in SPRIMO, and you have a mess.
-
May you never have the misfortune of picking up a load at cargill in beardstown il, they will eat your clock up, and act like they did you a favor if you get out the same day you checked in.
