Prime Pay and Raise schedule (company drivrers)

I can tell you...coming here from another company that trains...Prime treats their employee's fair and from what I have seen actually care about the driver, your not just "fresh meat". The pay is above what most training companies pay during training and when you go solo.

You will hear from trolls on here that Prime s#@ks, but 99% of those trolls have never worked here or are bitter because they were let go for something they did wrong.

It's been awhile since anyone referenced this thread, so does anyone know if the numbers in the first post are still accurate?

 

They've since gone up IP. Hubby started training in August 2012 and went solo in November. He's a company driver. He was started at .36 cpm. Plus the additional carrots (NE regional and LW). I don't remember how many miles he's driven so far. I *think* he got a truck with approximately 220k miles on it and is around 250k ish?
