Had my phys today. Did have one issue come up, but got it straightened out pretty quick. Tomorrow is the driving test among other training.
For the guys that are getting ready to come here, u better be ready. And there is homework every night.

I'm due in NLR this Saturday afternoon. Got all the details finalized with recruiting today...needless to say, I'm excited!:yes2557:

Just want to take a moment to thank all of you drivers that helped me along the way so far. Jim, Sewerman, DanfromWindsor, Sarge, Cheeseburger, NoTarps and everyone I missed....:biggrin_25514:

Any suggestions or advice is welcomed and appreciated. Thanks again! You all helped make the decision a lot easier with your facts and experience, and I look forward to meeting y'all someday.

    Danfromwindsor and sewerman Thank this.

Going to orientation this coming week or the next. Im excited and scared all at the same time. Everything I've read on these forums about Maverick reassures me that I am about to embark on a great career with a great company. A fella who was in front of me at CDL school is there now and has just completed the orientation/ test period. My only fear is driving all the way to AR and getting into orientation and not being accepted. Im in perfect health and have done manual labor for years, so I am not afraid of anything they may throw at me. It's just that since graduation and acquiring my CDL I have had the worst luck with companies not approving me. My question is, How difficult are the tests and what is the percentage of drop out or exclusion due to non health issues?

Unless you have a medical issue you should be good unless.you do not pay attention.while you are there. Be positive and believe.....you are.half way there!
