I want to thank you, you were able to explain it much better. I tested positive for it on dec 19th went back for part 2 on dec 29th now I have had to wait from then till now so they can figure out I guess the insurance to figure what they will pay. So I called today and I can't get my machine till next wednesday. Then I gotta sleep with it for 2 weeks. And then they gotta down load the info and if the greeley doctor says I can work then they will schedule a new dot physical. So all in all I will be out of work from dec19th till god knows when. Sometime late February if not march. So in the meantime thanks to the government, some quack doctor, and jbs I had to apply for state help. The first time since I have been on my own since I was 16. So yea thanks people.

whats up..... is jbs super expanding....or just that hard up for help, they holding a job fair in amarillo all driving jobs, otr, tanker, local shag refer, an bull haulers, and all shop positions.......an there is a add on road dog for otr drivers an all student drivers about ever 5 minutes......kinda like weiner or swift....go figure,,,.... more weeding out profesionals...get"n more miles for less $$$

 

well jbs isnt offering a 3k sign on bonus, advertising what the health insurance cost, and this supposed fuel bonus, because life is great at jbs...i think jbs is quickly turning into a swift, werner, or jb or scheinder. apparently jbs doesnt have a problem with having the truck and trailer or the driver sit with no money and not making money for the company..they also apperently dont care if the driver has to go onto welfare. i have never had to get or take a government handout. and i really hate the idea that i have to go onto welfare, when im more then capable of driving a truck...but apprently just not a jbs truck

 

DUDE you have seen my post im on your side....but you made a few post that you were gona quit after hoildays.....SO FREAKN QIUT ALREADY MAN heres your chance !!!! NOBODY LIKES A WHINER, with the experience you have there are plenty ways around THIS, so quit, move on. UNLESS welfare was what you had planned ALL ALONG.......evidently you still have power im gona pm you 3 or 4 amarillo trucking phn # one is even a tanker.....! go get a dot physical card..in the night drive to cactusgive truck back ,,,, go to work ,!!!!!!

 

Now, I just heard on the radio today.... that they have a 3k sign on bonus. Your saying that they don't believe in "truth in advertising"? Was on the road dog channel.

 

yea i know and i apperciate that you understand..and thats what im doing..every day i send out emails and apps..i have a few out..one of my prior companies dont believe in modern technology..meaning they wont verify work via fax or email.. they insist on snail mail..so it takes a while..but i know with my experience i can go else where..i already have my jbs truck cleaned out...and im ready to roll

its ok and i understand man...i found out today that 2 of my apps never made it to the person it was intended too..so i had to redo them today..and i filled those out on dec 14th and dec 20th..i followed up with emails today and found out they never got them..so i re did them today.. then i had the interview up in florence last friday..so i know it will be soon here..i have applied to work the oil fields in texas, but was told that my tanker experience wont count because its over the road and this is off road and dont think i can do it. so now im going to stick with the road tanker companies
