    Could be.

I remember my uncles had to give up their trucks when they had heart attacks and were not allowed to drive in 74.

I'm tired of all the govt crap too but why should a guy with no medical card or a false medical card be able to drive OTR on the same roads as I do when I follow the rules and have a legit, up to date one? That guy more than likely doesnt follow a ton of other rules either so why is he out driving a truck?

Get your physical, photocopy the long form and wallet card, send it off to State or drop it off at DMV. Simple enough, been required in Ca. forever. Far cry from beating down my door and carrying me away !

when you get a DOT exam...there are 2 copie's; one for the exaiminer's office/ 1 for you" to carry...it should be 3 carbon form...if" the DMV demand's it! A copy should be sent to them from the examiner! Not the Driver" doing their leg work for them!!!!!!!!!!! this ****! is out of control! and I'll bet"...your gonna have to pay something out of your pocket" as well as your time" to do it! Under threat! no less! or have your CDL reduced to reg operator status, if you don't! as my state of Delaware stated in their letter to me. :biggrin_25514:

So you trust the Doc to send in your long form for you ? IF he actually does, wow, you just saved a .44 stamp. Me personally, I prefer to do it myself, so I know it's done. Too many people out here who don't want to take responsibility for ANYTHING.
