It was actually a pretty nice morning...Around 18 degrees or so and the guys that were loading me were as completely cool as anyone could be.
As soon as I was loaded I hauledass to Punta Gorda, FL. for a change of pace and to get unloaded.
I thought I had "it" beat (white line fever)

BKW900 must have quit high school to drive. Or drove to school with dad's farm flat.
-
Why is that?
Because I've been driving 39 years and I'm only 56?
I started driving at 17 with a guy that lived near us and ran the summer with him as a helper while he taught me the ropes...I got my Chauffers license on my 18th birthday and went right to work at the company that he had his flatbeds leased to as a company flatbed driver (statewide).
1 year later at the ripe old age of 19....I bought my first truck and the rest as they say is "history"...I've been at this ever since.
In june of this year it'll be 40 years of truckin' and good times! I wouldn't trade a minute of it for anything.Logan76 Thanks this. -
