New HOS deadline?

    What's the latest on the HOS rule changes? Wasn't September 14 the deadline? A petition was made to have the changes delayed, anyone know what happened?

    The court set the 14th as a deadline for a decision. Apparently nothing was done so now we continue to wait.

    Hehe. should be no problem for us. Shippers make us wait all the time why not DOT lol.

    That's reassuring.... yeah, right. I was concerned that it was going to go into effect and I wasn't going to hear about it, so it's so nice of them to not bother to say "'ruling delayed, hang tight"

    On September 12, ATA filed a stay. It is now in the court again.
    HOS remain as they were till we here more later.

    US Xpress Sent out a message when it 1st went down they had a 45 day deadline on Sept 14'th the FMCSA (according to USX) announced that they filed for an extension of some sort for another 30 days

    September 28th Is The New Deadline
    If Nothing Ie Settled It Will Have To Revert Back To The Old Rules!!!!!! Till D.o.t. Gets It Right Or Who Ever Has The Most Money!!! Patt And Crash Has Big Business Paying There Lawer Fees For Them Once We Are Out The Mexicans With Cheaper Prices Will Haul Big Business Freight!!!!!! We Will Be On Welfare!!!!!!
