No Great Food!!! going to miss that seafood buffet on Friday's...

Lee Hi had decent food. Good service.
There was a little old lady behind the counter I asked to buy a shower from. She said "$20!" Then told me the girl at the fuel counter had them for $8.
I'll take a Petro over a T/A. Petro usually has the best chicken fried steaks.
BTW the BBQ and fried chicken across the street from White's? Smiley's? EXCELLENT!!! -
Well I wouldn't say it was great but it was better than your average truck stop
-
Lee Hi is now a TA, but just a franchise. Still owned by same family. The restaurant will remain a Berky's! No TA food. Newly remodelled showers. Other than a few TA sign's on the building and in Parking lot not a lot has changed
07-379Pete, 48Packard and puncher Thank this. -
Hopefully the first shower on the left holds a constant temp. I showered there twice. It was aggravating.
I always encouraged new drivers to go there for a stay, or meal.Coreyberky Thanks this. -
Thanks for the Feedback!

i liked whites parking layout, it was a truck stop not a 4 wheeler stop. i liked the fact that the parking was arround the truck stop not in the back like they are hidding us. see a loves or other truck stop and it stinks. truck stop is built arround the 4 wheeler side and we are stuck a long ways off in the back.
hello its a truck stop you make the money off us not them. so treat us that way. i see stupid parking set ups i wont spend a dime in the place. may sleep and use restroom but thats itpuncher Thanks this. -
They're not trying to hide us, but make more room. I enjoy the extra parking lot, because I like to workout. So I can take a good long walk.

They aren't "hiding" us. That extra lot used to be Yellow's (I think). Yellow left it, and eventually White's took it over. So it was added (and appreciated) parking. No one is trying to disrespect us.
That said, I too hate a truckstop that is laid out the "long way", if you will, but sometimes it's just necessary.
