    Does anyone know a good company in Indy that does local or 1 day out, then back? Thought current company was, but not happening that way.
    After lots of thought, and some life changes, I have decided I am going to find a job where I can be home 4+ nights per week, or I'm done driving.
    With my management backround, thought I might look into logistics part of the industry also. Any thoughts?

    Try Driver Ambition their a temp company but have a deal going now where they give you 40 hours a week or more. Think it starts at 15

    I do not know if you have any steel experience but I have loads roundtrip from Chicago, IL to Indy everyday and am looking for a Driver that wants run these loads.     Seven dont go to Driver Ambition. If you want a staffing company go to Trillium on 16th and Shadeland on the east side. I worked there last year while my full time job was very slow.

    As far as local jobs hiring right now, Old Dominion in the 3800 block of west Morris St, Central Transport around 4000 block of west Morris St, and Estes in Greenwood off exit 99.

    I work for one of the local LTLs and love it. We are pretty slow and have alot of guys laid off, but in April or May we will probably be hiring. UPS Freight on west Morris St.

    Thanks for all your help. Looks like I will be staying put. I will be running loads Indy to Louisville/Cincinnati/Lexington or Chicago. Very happy about this. Don't like to change jobs, and the people at Eagle Express have treated me well. A lot of senior drivers there so it was hard to get on daily board.

    This next statement is not a bragging thing, just an encouragement for newer drivers. I got to move up because I have done everything they have asked of me. When I tell them "I got this" they know its a done deal.
