I'd say that sums it up. Isn't that all that matters?

That's all that matters IF you are willing to wade through all of the BS...and believe me there is A LOT! There were some good things about Flex, there hire on process is fast and easy. But, they do some crazy stuff. For insttance.

I was on a well in OK. Myself and 12 other trucks were on the clock waiting for 13hrs(great! $$$). Then we all got diverted to a different well 15 miles away(great! $$$). So 11 out of 12 trucks show up at the second well to await unloading, and we got on the clock again (great! $$).

About 5 hours after the 11 of us got on location, the 12th driver straggled in. He was an O/O, and he was really ticked off. It seems that dispatch had told him, and only him to take his load back 320-ish miles to Fort Worth and to call when he got there for instructions on where to go. He got to Wichita Falls and called to check in and was told that dispatch had screwed up and he was to go BACK to OK (to the well we were all on) and unload! On top of all of that, they didn't pay him for any of the extra mileage incurred driving to Wichita Falls and back!

    It's "little" things like that...

    Stay away from Transwood.
    Read my post on Transwood.
In my post I describe how Transwood Terminated my lease because my driver slid in mud on location bending my front bumper. Shell Safety found my driver not to be at fault, but wrote up Transwood for sending him out there without being certified (they do this all the time). Shell also wrote up Halliburton for 4 different safey violations. The following day Transwood terminated my driver and my lease even tho I would have been able to get in the truck and start driving that same day. They did not provide Termination letter as I requested even tho their lease agreement states I would recieve one "at the time of termination".
It has been 67 days as of today and I have yet to recieve any thing on my requests.

If you have a problem and the terminal office cant answer your question, your screwed. If you call Transwood Corporate, they will just tell you to call your terminal.

Bob Houston, Roger Itus, and Jeff Nikodym will just ignore you.

They wont even follow their own lease agreement unless they are trying to use it againt you. If you bring up the lease agreement to try to get facts from them, you will get ignored.

They will also screw you on your detention pay. Caught them at this also, but they came up with some bull#@&% excuse as to why they are right and you are wrong. Id be willing to bet they get you on the amount the load pays aas well. Seems they are afraid to give me copies of the invoices I have requested. That alone tells me they have something to hide.

I have given them til the end of this week to reply as to when I was going to get invoices as requested and my letter of termination, or my next contact will be the Labor Board.

    GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

SO... here is the deal. Flex Frac now goes by Quicksand and from what I hear, the bad reviews are true and you should stay clear... BUT Flex Frac split off into FlexFRAC Oilfield and that company is ONLY hiring company drivers... and they got all the work with them... they actually sound really good, trying to clean up a messy reputation, and treating drivers good but Oilfield is running and they got a good spill just wish i was company driver now l:biggrin_25523:
