I've seen their trucks around quite a bit, but I don't see any threads here. What's the scoop? Good, bad, or ugly?

I'll be doing a interview with them when my truck gets out of the shop and head home.

I seen their add on c.l. They were hiring out of Sunnyvale. I love the c.l. Lol. I went to their website and looked over it awhile and it really seemed like a lot of hoops to Jump thru. There hiring process seems really really drawn out.( it could be a good thing but who has time to wait for work), is normal guys can't spend weeks in between jobs and not be really deep in the hole

Thats how I heard about that them was there c.l. Ad. There website does make it seem drawn out but it wasn't to bad. I did app on-line and got a call back probably a week later and they had background check done. When I came home for my home time drove to terminal and did interview in person and was told job was mine. After I came off home time put in two week notice, had truck turned in on Friday and was at terminal Monday morning signing paperwork, drug test and physical. Got phone call Wednesday saying drug result good and was in truck the next nite rolling. Only downside is they hold two weeks before getting first paycheck so it will be almost month between last and first check.

Keep us posted, how it goes for you, would you please? I'd like to hear about miles, what regions they run, how are the people in the office and shop, how do they handle problems, do they micromanage, etc etc.

Not to much so far, but for miles the first full week had 2472 but that got shorten one day since had to attend there annual safety meeting.
The 2nd week was 2974 and was home that fri nite/sat morning.
So far for this week not leaving out til 8 monday night and when deliver tomorrow 2272 but i could have got more but with back hurting and allegries kicking up haven't been running hard and been doing split sleeper alot this week.

    Regions so far would be
    Danville, Va to Akron, Oh
    Akron, Oh to Odenton, Md
    Odenton, Md to Binghamton, Ny
    Binghamton, Ny to Denton, Tx
    Sunnyvale, Tx to Fayetteville, Nc
    Fayetteville, Nc to Conover, Nc
    Conover, Nc to Akron, Oh
    Akron, Oh to Danville, Va
Danville, Va to Fort Worth, Tx
Grand Prairie, Tx to Columbus, Oh.
I think they do runs to indiana and illinois but haven't got any.

Haven't really dealt with the office and shop people except for the first day/trip was in ohio. While was in ohio getting showed around Akron terminal did get two free meals and they have a old building that they outfitted with beds.
There main shop is Akron and then they have smaller shop in Sunnyvale, Texas. Haven't had work done yet so nothing on shops yet.

The only problem i had so far was on one load and it was a broker load going to ups. Ups said to drop and was suppose to be unload. With one msg and phone call to dispatch and to the broker within a hour trailer was getting unloaded. When you send a msg to dispatch it doesn't go to your driver manager to goes to everyone in dispatch so you most likely will be getting a call from different people each time.
After got trailer back there was pallets left in trailer, sent another msg and within 30 mins to hour was getting call from another person in dispatch where to go to get rid of pallets but already found a way to get rid of them myself. Did end up getting two more calls just to ask if pallets where gotten rid of though.
Besides that one load haven't had any problems with them.
Haven't seen any signs of micromanaging around here, or atleast not yet anyway.
If there any other info or questions you got ask away.

Sounds pretty good so far! Where are you based out of? I live in the Raleigh area too and am considering them.

Figured would add more. Monday delivered in Dallas and next load suppose to pick up in Lawton, ok and be in Ohio by Wednesday. Which was not possible since was almost out of hours. So instead of taking load from you like some companies will, they had load rescheduled. This where it goes downhill or thought was. So I'm bout 15 miles south of wichita falls and told we need to go back to Dallas and pick up a run going to okc and to make it better has to be picked up by 1600 and it was 1315 when was told to turn around. So of course famous dispatch words where head that way they will wait. When get there at 1745 of course no one was there waiting and had to be back at 0700 next morning. Spent part of day taking almost 200 mile detour to go 27 miles from where was originally sitting. In the end got paid for the detour miles, a layover pay since had to wait the night and my original run back to Ohio except for a Saturday instead of Wednesday delivery. It's nice to see a company doing what they can to make it right.
