Back into trucking after 2 years ?

Hi all,

Quick question. So I was with Swifty from Jan to April of 2010. Mother in Law had a stroke so I had to leave Swift to help Wife with situation. In the mean time I got a local non-driving job from May 2010 to May 2011. That place closed due to being bought out.

Been missing being on the road ever since and Swift was a decent company actually. Just the first trainer I was with sucked, so I went with another trainer who was great. I felt terrible having to leave.

Anyways, I know it will be hard getting back into trucking due to the not being on the road for 2 years, and only having 3 months exp. I was thinking of going to one of the big companies that has a training program like CR England.

I thought about going with CR England for the training and leaving after 6 months, but was wondering if there are any better companies with training programs that would hire someone in my situation.

I did put an app in on Wed, haven't heard anything yet. Was going to make some calls next week to check in.
