Yeah, w/ your 1 year experienc driving, bachelors in international business management and ethics, and 3 years running a company ( #### thats me not you) I suppose you've got a better idea to CYA. If they fire you who cares collect till the new job starts if not respectfully finish your time out… or be a hot head give no notice, quit, and whine on a message board you can't get a job all the while blaming others for your unprofessional ism that made you unemployable.

People can do stuff as they wish but take responsibility for where your previous actions got you in life

I trained with Schneider National and they taught us in training CYA always
Never quit over the phone, never call in sick, always CYA
if you cant move that truck or you are not going to make it, use that qualcomm
Dispatchers are just regular people too
There can always be a bad apple, that does not mean the company itself is bad
In my personal opinion, Schneider National is one of the safest and best companies out there but always CYA

Oh yea they are just the best huge paychecks and fast trucks you will be passing other truckers all the time.

maybe I am just more interested in not killing people than in seeing how fast my truck can go and I was quite happy with my paycheck, Thank you

i know 2 guys personally that schneider screwed over, one guy had a stroke while going down road. he managed to stop truck safely in middle turn lane in al. no damge to anyone or any thing. ambulance picked him up there. the truck was towed. schneider backcharged him 1/3 of the wrecker bill. then when he applied for unemployment they fought it saying he was fired. they did let him go and he lost medical.

2d guy was out with colon cancer when he was cut loose and insurance terminated after 3 weeks, he was told so he could get more help from government.

lol, and how about countless others with "preventable accidents" for scratching a trl.

yeah they are peaches ask these 2 guys

oh, and the guy with stroke , his wife had to transport him home, they wouldnt even make arrangements to help him home.

They make sweet passionate love to all the drivers...at first.
Then they stop calling, miles diminish. At first it makes you wonder,is it me?
Then comes the dissappointment. You discover they hired another driver.
You aint number one anymore.Sure...new drivers younger, skinny, but youve been faithful,######!
Next comes the pimp hand. You show up late, traffic was heavy.
    dbl "Where you been bish?!!"
    me" Im sorry Im late".
dbl "Smack, smack, smack,,I only hit you cause I love you,Now git out there and make me sum money"
I stay with em cause I like the pain :biggrin_255:

My dbl (daddy) treat me good.
