It may be flat but if you stick around awhile you get used to the smell.

Now I AM apprehensive.....
So many people quitting.
Got to say I am surprised how many new drivers are being made trainers.
Got to also say is that Playmaker was always positive about FFE.....
All I got to say is "what goes around...comes around" for those who want to be jerks. Got my hesitations now.....sounds too much like other companies who I have stayed away from.....but then again-opinions are like noses-everybody has one....
Wasn't Playmaker just short of a free training one year anniversary AND isn't the school one year old? Fishy to me. Just sayin -
wow! never would have thought PM would quit! and so close to his anniversary. It seems like just a couple weeks ago i asked him if he would stick around after his year was up and he was so positive about staying. Seems like whatever he was dealing with on the ops side was just too much. i wish you well Playmaker.

well with regards to the new students training, me and play and spat were approached for training due to the way we drive and i was even approached before i left the acadamy due to my prior experience and they way that i drove and handled myself in the acadamy. was told i would make a good trainer and we will see. you need at least 6 months with the company to train(which is about the industry standard, some are as soon as you lease your truck out of the acadamy). me and spat and play would not have started training if we were not positive that we would be able to do a good job due to us having not the best training experiences. playmaker leaving was a bad blow. it dous suck and he MAY have stayed but he found a lot sweeter gig driving for a company that would allow him to be with his family more. now i will not get into his problems with the company because it is his deal but i can tell you the few problems that i have had have been miniscule and taken care of fast and easy. only way i will be leaving is if i find a local/regional gig that is closer to home and allow me to be home more but that will only be after i am here for over a year. between my experience with the industry and my fathers 30 plus years of experience i can tell you that yes the company is not perfect but it is alot better then some out there.Jellybeanz Thanks this.
