oh it is. 100% pure Ground beef. They shop with my former company, Restaurant Depot. In fact I was manager of the fresh and frozen food depts. Left there to do this.
-
I thought they were making ICs have sliding 5th wheels? They got on to an IC in my orientation cause their wasn't.
-
guess not. whats the ppurpos? once theyre set you never move it except to play the 1/4 tank of fuel at a time game. and i dont play that game.
-
Only reason they let this IC go is because they are on the AC Delco account. They will never see 25,000 lbs.

Next time I would flag down the spotter and have them pull it out if you can't crank the handle. Besides the high likelyhood of breaking the landing gear you're also flat spotting your trailer tires. Not a big deal if the tires are in great shape but if they're not you could be writing a nice check if DOT inspects you.
I have no problem asking the yard dogs for help if I need it.
I was at the small Home Depot yard in Bolingbrook, pulled up next to the spot I was told to drop my empty in, took a look around and relized there was no way I was getting in that hole with the tandems all the way to the rear. I flagged down the yard jockey and explained my perdiciment and he said drop it and he'd put it away. I do and go find my load, hook, pretrip, slide the tandems all the way forward, start to pull out and guess what? Can't make it out without hitting the trailer next to me or running over a fire hydrant. I get the yard jockey to pull it out for me (in the process he generously added some racing strips to the drivers side).
The moral of the story - know what you can do, can't do, should do, and shouldn't do.scottied67 and scatruck Thank this. -
Like I said, I didn't see the sloping ground. When I backed under it the landing gear lifted up about 2-3 inches.
As for flat spotting the tires. I was able to hook up my brake lines so I didn't drag the tires. -
Oh I like those trailers nothing like air ride . Nice color tractor also.

Would like to raise a question if I may. Schneider IC Choice drivers. Have any of you used Transflo NOW? The ability to scan trip paperwork from the cab of your truck. Would you like to see Schneider offer that as an option? How many of you would use it?
-
we used it at landstar. i asked about it when i started at sni and was told no, i couldnt use it.
the program sucks but it is nice to be able to scan from the truck. they are always blowing up my quailcom looking for my bills. i just dont stop often and even less often is it a big truck stop when i can transflow.
