Thanks, seen this already, but I'm more interested in actual feedback from their drivers, or people who at least know their drivers. Every company website out there will promise you the pot full of gold at the end of the rainbow...

What I'd like to know is:

ACTUAL miles per week on average?
ACTUAL home time on average (I live close enough to leave the truck in Northfield)

How are you treated? with respect? or just like a piece of property?

What are their major customers?

Layover or sit waiting for loads much?

Do they pay detention and layover as advertized or is it like pulling teeth getting them to pay what they promise?

Do they maintain their equipment well?

How anal are they about idling? As I do know most of their trucks have no APUs...

 

I find it hard to believe no one knows anything about this outfit...Other than whats posted on their website...
or has worked for them...


Or no one on here works for them or knows someone who does...

Anything good about Novco, Lucray?

 

My husband works for Novco..so far so good. Home time is excellent miles are good pay is good. Equipment isn't the best but they will fix it promptly as long as they know it needs it.
