messed up trainer and no one to talk to about it

Hey There

I am with werner and on my 3 week in the training and only have about 2 more weeks to go before i test out.

I like to get som real answers as i am lost about how to handle this problem.

I am with a trainer that hardly sleep, he sleeps about 3 to 5 hours a day, he yells and screams and treating me almost everyday.

I do make mistakes and i do learn from them but nomatter how small a mistake i make he turns it into something mayor and goes off the wall every single time.

I have tried to get hold of my SDM but can´t tried to call safety and they can´t/wont help me unless i am in danger at the time i call, so i am lost.

This trainer wants to get out of training and cant for some reason and if he loses enough trainess they will take him off as a trainer so he makes my life hell on earth.

What do i do now? i believe that i have tried everything to get a new trainer but noone wants to talk to me.

Please dont answer unless you have something real to say as i have enough BS in my life rigth now.

 

I have tried the last week or so to get hold of my SDM and without luck.

I dont think its right for anyone to only sleep a few hours everyday when you drive a rig.

Right now i am safe can´t say much why or how as i dont know if my trainer are on this site or not and if i say tomuch it migth get worse.

i talked to safety one night when i was in a motel and they would not help as i was not in danger at the time i called them "call us back when you are in danger next time" was all i got from them before it was over.

Then i called this friday to my SDM and then to safefy and could not get any signal and when i did get it noone answered my call.

 

i wish you the best of luck with werner, i talk to a few guys that started the same time as me and one that tested out when i was there and they all have good trainers.
