Oh No!!!

I would possibly contact an attorney to see what action could be taken...flying j and possibly Denny's if that's what the restaurant is there in Phoenix..
They have a legal responsibility to ensure that the food and the kitchen area are up to health dept standards. -
Avoid foods that spoil easily. Anything with mayo. Chicken salad. Tuna salad. We all like buffets. But beware. Some places mix old foods with fresh. Eat at your own risk.
-
did you inform pilot or dennys, both have a facebook page.
-
Sorry to hear of this from a fellow Holland Driver. Be safe out there.

I don't know what the Flying J's (and pilots) are sourcing for their ready made packaged foods in front of their fuel counters, but I have bought a few things there the last year or so, and both were a huge disappointment and ending up throwing both away. Never got sick on the one or 2 bites, but anytime you start fooling around with egg salads, chickens salads, tuna salads, turkey sandwiches, etc, you're taking chances on getting ill or wasting your money on bad food. To try and sue Pilot would be waste of time, I suspect as it would be too hard to prove anything in that situation, receipts or no.

bummer, guess you wont eat there again

Sue that seems to be the answer to everything anymore, that thought wouldnt even cross my mind
RockinChair and d o g Thank this. -
